Check out this video tour of foods and flavors of the Merida Market. Such a vibrant, lively place. I can’t wait to get my own personal tour of Merida’s Mercado with Chef Sterling next week and spend a day in his Los Dos Cooking School as one of his students (sans Martha, of course).
Oh, and if only the video could offer us the vibrant smells of the market and the cooking food in Chef’s kitchen!
